Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have thirty (30) days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Sale items will be considered final sale and will not be eligible for returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at nineteenthgolfcollective@gmail.com with the subject line "RETURN: [INSERT ORDER NUMBER]."

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for any loss until we receive the returned item(s). If you return an item that is not accompanied by the required documentation, processing your order and refunding your money may be delayed. Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (i.e. holidays, sale periods).
Please note for International Returns, please mark the reason for shipping as Returned Merchandise on customs information.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nineteenthgolfcollective@gmail.com.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, follow the instructions above and title the email subject line "EXCHANGE: [INSERT ORDER NUMBER]." You’ll receive a return label from there to ship your original order.
We will provide you with a store credit shortly after, which can be used to place a new order. We will do this as fast as possible; that way, you can make a new order and get the right product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
